  • As much as I'd like to, cannot fault Jobs on this one. Flash is a pig. Playing videos using Flash takes far more CPU cycles than using a HTML5 codec. Clearly, HTML5 has some way to go, but Flash's parasitic existence should be shaken off by using open technologies/
